I am always looking for ways to stretch myself and have often ended up signing up for and completing a multitude of physical challenges, I love taking part in sports and am always looking to learn adapt and improve. I have been fascinated by the human capacity to grow and learn for a long time, so along with pushing myself physically I love learning and am often found to be “waxing lyrical” about the latest book I have read.

I use these loves in my business coaching and along with my knowledge of businesses, growth and sales, take individuals to the next level. I love working 1-1 to help you grow in your business goals and by default personally. I believe that a holistic approach to coaching allows you to explore how all areas affect each other and are interconnected.

Leading Beyond Thought is my current new challenge and I am really looking forward to working on new strategies and growth while at the same time heading up the 1-1 coaching with our clients to accelerate them to the next level.

As a former International sportswoman, your organisation will benefit from my drive, determination and willingness to win. Yes, I am proudly competitive because I believe that competition raises your game. (I mean 8th place trophies, nobody wants those)
As Creative Director of Beyond Thought, my mission is to get train well balanced leaders to drive organisations into the future.
Before setting up Beyond Thought I spent 15 years in corporate life in sales and leadership positions. From Apprentice to Board Level executives, I have trained them all. After gaining experience of sales and leadership fundamentals, I set up Beyond Thought to deliver sales and leadership training that would be fun and inspiration as well as driving your organisation forward.
I now live in Devon (yes, many Jam or cream debates) by the sea along with my wife and daughter and a mad springer spaniel. You can often find me either playing golf, tennis or paddle boarding. As well as being an adrenaline junkie, I am a children’s author and storytelling speaker.

Jav is one of our highly experienced consultants and trainers with over 20 years’ experience working with public and private sector organisations.
